Each member of your team made us feel like family.  Genuine concern went into each phase of the process from online searches, viewing properties, narrowing the choices, making an offer, navigating inspection, and closing the sale.  Your team made a complicated process manageable, explaining in clear terms the intricacies of the buying process (including well-thought-out breakdown of the "numbers" aspect).  Your expertise allowed us to make an informed decision that was a nice balance of heart and head.  Moreover, we felt comfortable taking our time to find a property that met the needs of our entire family.

As far as we're concerned, there's no Realtor out there that compares to Team Tim West.  We can't thank you enough for all the time, care, and diligence each of you put into our search.

 We could  not say enough about TEAM Tim West.  From the first time we spoke to Tim about what we thought we wanted to do he and his team went right to work.  I will have to say that we were very partial to Tim because he had also been our neighbor for 7 years.  We have told everyone that we know that may be buying or selling to contact Tim because he goes to work for you quick and doesn't stop until the results are right.

He and his team most definitely went above and beyond for us and we will never forget that and are very proud to call everyone on this team our friends.

 Tim & Kelly, You guys are awesome!  What can I say?  You helped us achieve two mortgages?  LOL jk.  On a more serious note, our family is forever changed from your hard work and constant efforts.

When we purchased our first house five years ago, it was a breeze.  We made an offer, they accepted, signed a few papers and we had the keys.  With today's economy and real estate obstacles, buying a house has become nearly impossible.

Tim & Kelly worked with us from day one.  My husband was given a job opportunity and we know we had to relocate to a different part of the state.  We knew this was going to be a challenge given credit issues and a stay at home wife.  We heard about TEAM Tim West through my husband's prior job.  We decided to go with Kelly as our Realtor, and I am so glad we did.  She showed us every house possible that we had sent her a list of.  She was very nice and friendly all the while being very professional.  We started the usual offer on a house expecting things to go as they had five years ago.  Surprisingly, everything that could have gone wrong went wrong.  We even came within two days of closing and our loan officer calls to tell us that our loan was denied. Tim and Kelly responded to the situation like family, knowing that we already had all our belongings packed and shipped to our new city and that we had nowhere for my husband and I, nor our three children, to go.  We were essentially homeless.  I cannot express enough, how much they did for us.  From introducing us to other lenders to being there for emotional support.  They pulled every string and angle in their control, to assure us that our home we had picked out for our family would be ours.  They were there to push the loan process along when it was lacking and out of balance and out of our control.

All in all, without Tim and Kelly, our family would have been forced to let go of a great job opportunity due to the stringent rules of buying a house today.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Going with Tim and Kelly is not only choosing two great Realtors that help accomplish your dream home, but you also are going with two friends that quickly go over and out of their way to resolve each individual complication that may arise amongst the chaos of home buying, as well as being a friend to support you during the many anxieties that come with this process.  Even after everything is all said and done, they still offer their support and are there for any questions we ever have.

 The TEAM of Tim West, Heather Brown and Cherie Welsh were Awesome!  We wanted our house SOLD when we finally decided to do so and that's exactly what they did!  I think the house was only on the market for 6 days & it SOLD...Need I say more?  We were able to get the house we wanted & love our neighborhood!  Bless Tim & Heather's hearts, they drug us around forever until we found the house for us and they were nothing but nice & helpful.  I can't say enough nice things about TEAM Tim West & Keller Williams.  I could write a book on it, but who has the time to read all that, right?  I will leave it short - TEAM Tim West were more than agents, they were friends & they ROCK!!!
